Watching matches against the big 4 always leaves me on the verge of a heart attack, especially in the closing minutes. Tonight's result showed that Arsenal has what it takes to grind out a good result when it really matters. It does help that Chelsea was missing Drogba, Essien and their 2 usual centrebacks but it was no excuse for them. Considering they are bankrolled by the endless millions, they should and do have depth in reserves. Tempers and emotions were high as usual, but it does help to see that Arsene Wenger and Grant are friends as compared to the "Special One".

I've seriously lost all respect for Terry and I deemed that he's not fit anymore to be the England captain. He's becoming more like Diouf, more interested in fighting and stirring up trouble. So glad he was injured and made an early exit himself. It did made the Chelsea defence more vulnerable without him. Alex and Tel Ben Haim are not exactly rock-steady. Who would have thought the one that made the mistake was Peter, his miss allowing Gallas to score the eventual winner. 1 goal is all it takes to settle matches against Chelsea, Man U and Liverpool most of all the time. The consistent booing of Ashley Cole was more than what he deserved for deserting Arsenal for the riches of Stamford Bridge. You gotta give credit to Arsene Wenger for letting players go when they are past their peak eg. Henry or when their heart is no longer with the club eg. Cashley Cole. We got a few million dollars in return plus a solid defender in Gallas, what more can we ask for?

What I can't believe is seeing the referee disallowing 2 goals that could have buried Chelsea. Ok, maybe Rosicky was a bit offside but Adebayor's goal was perfectly all right considering Ben Haim fell down because he was weak. It makes me wanna be at Emirates Stadium and giving the referee a good telling off. Flashing yellow cards like there's no tomorrow as well. One can totally understand the rash tackle on Cole by Fabregas at the end of the game. Time wasting and the feeling of betrayal is still being felt by some Arsenal players. I would have gone in hard with my blades showing too.

To those who felt Arsenal stand no chance with such a "young" team and a post-Henry era, you're probably eating all your words right now. They love to prove everybody wrong and we've got no pressure unlike a certain team that spent 40 million pounds on new players and complains that he doesn't have the support of his American owners? Let's not forget the other team in red that spends more than 30 million pounds as well but they do have a wily Scottish bastard in charge of them. Certainly, this season's title race will go right down to the wire. I don't plan on counting Liverpool in, rather Man City than Anfield.

Oh yeah, I didn't really bother watching Liverpool take on Man U as well. In my mind, I wanted Liverpool to win so that Man U will drop some points but well, a very tyco goal by Tevez to allow Man U to move to just 1 point behind us. London Derby against Spurs next Saturday, it's gonna be a good weekend.
